"They Clearly Don't Understand Their Own Business..."
Honestly, these folks seem clueless about their own company. I could've gotten better assistance from a McDonald's worker! I've been struggling with this ridiculous scan for two days now and can't find any help.

"Awful service, AVOID THIS COMPANY!"
They hold onto deposits for 10 days without giving me any explanation. I called and received an email stating that I need to send a letter confirming my bank account is in good standing and can handle debits and credits from them? I've been processing credit card payments for over 15 years and have NEVER encountered this before! And not a single reason given? Plus, NO NOTICE FOR 10 DAYS!! THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, I'M CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND GOING WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER!

"Terrible Customer Support - Stay Away from TSYS"
I've faced major issues with TSYS's customer support. After switching banks, they made it super tough to update my bank account info. In my line of work in healthcare, I rely on TSYS for processing credit card payments for my patients. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't touch this company with a ten-foot pole -- their service is lacking, and the support is the worst I've ever encountered.
If you can, steer clear of this company. Even if it means shelling out a bit more each month, it's worth it to avoid the headaches they bring. The hassle and time lost dealing with their problems will far outweigh any savings you might think you're getting. I'm planning to reach out to my practice management software and push for a switch to a provider that actually cares about customer service.

"CAUTION TO BUSINESS OWNERS: STAY AWAY..."
CAUTION TO BUSINESS OWNERS: STAY AWAY FROM TSYS RIGHT NOW. They’ll want all your details before even deciding if they’ll take you on. Seriously, don’t share your bank account or routing numbers. AND FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Hold off on anything until you really understand what’s happening. They might just take your info and use it for their own gain. I’m in a dispute with them as we speak. Check out local merchant services instead and AVOID TSYS. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING.

"Avoid TSYS for Merchant Services"
In June, I mailed a cancellation letter to TSYS to end my merchant account. It didn’t get processed until September 12th. They charged me $218 in fees from June to September, which I shouldn’t have had to pay. Now, they’re refusing to give my money back. I’ve been going in circles with their team in the Philippines, and it’s been a total dead end! Seriously, steer clear of this company for merchant services.

"WARNING TO BUSINESS OWNERS!"
WARNING TO BUSINESS OWNERS! I honestly don’t even know where to start. This company ripped me off for nearly $600. They assured me a full refund once the credit card processing machine was sent back and received. I sent the machine back, and almost a month later, I’m still waiting for my money back. When I call, they just keep giving me the run-around. I’ll be sharing pictures as evidence too. This company operates in a really unethical way, and I can’t figure out how they’re still running. I noticed a charge on my First Midwest Bank checking account that made me reach out to my bank right away. They informed me that I was enrolled with TSYS. Later, I discovered it was the person who signed my account that had signed up. I thought, 'No biggie, I’ll just call to cancel.' I already had a credit card processing machine, so why would I shell out over $600 for another? Man, was I wrong to think this would be straightforward. First, they tried to keep me by making empty promises. Initially, they told me that if I stayed with them, I’d get a refund for the machine. Instead of a refund, they kept charging me for a machine that I never even used. I had to take this up with the BBB. I’ll upload the screenshots of what I was told through the BBB for everyone to see. AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY! STAY AWAY!

"Total Time Sink with TSYS"
Engaging with Christine B. at TSYS was just a total time sink. She reached out to me four times trying to win our business. We've been in the credit card game for 11 years now. Christine will have you jumping through hoops, asking you to explain your business and prove your credibility in the community and market. She grilled us about our sales and growth, trying to vet how we find clients to see if we’re legit. It felt like she was just wasting my time gathering every detail about my company, only to eventually say, "You don’t fit our business model because we don’t handle _____ type of business." She was aware of my business when they first contacted me, and she even read my website info back to me, yet I still had to spill all my marketing strategies, business plans, and most importantly... MY TIME. I missed three calls while I was busy explaining everything to her. Honestly, I think she doesn’t know how to market TSYS services, which is why I lost 30 minutes of my day. I had already sent over my company’s PCI Compliance Certificate for credit card processing in a previous email. I told her that she should be able to tell if a company fits their services just by checking the website, and she really shouldn’t be wasting people’s time...!!! If you decide to reach out to TSYS, make sure to ask them right away, "What industries do you provide merchant services for? I don’t want you wasting my TIME...!!!" And let me tell you, their fees are just outrageous...!!! They charge businesses an application fee, admin fee, processing fee, fee, fee, fee, while your clients are the ones paying with credit cards, and TSYS is raking in transaction fees from them. This is why you should consider virtual terminals and internet processing companies. TSYS is just a complete waste of your time...!!
